Extensive experience in winding up and administration of deceased estates, including communication with the Master of the High Court, insurance companies, banks, debtors and creditors of the estate.
Attending to all necessary requirements in terms of the Administration of Deceased Estates Act, including advertising in the local press and Government Gazette, drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution Account, and final resolution of payments.
